  I’m only giving them a one star rating because of staff member Andre, who’s been nothing but helpful, kind and has an excellent customer service attitude. Purchased a brand new $16,000 Hot Springs tub back in August. The cover and the stairs did not match the tub at all. After several service calls we have finally figured out that the dye lot is off. It’s now almost December and they offered me $8000 refund. I’m sorry but when you spent $16,000 on anything it should be complete and beautiful. $1000 isn’t even a 10% discount!! I basically got a mismatched floor model. I’m thoroughly disgusted! Not one general manager has tried to contact me to resolve the issues. My hot tub should be replaced and have matching stairs and cover. It’s totally off and not at all as pictured in the store. This was an investment in my health and there’s a ton of hot tubs out there but I chose this one because of it’s therapeutic jets. I just think they should make it right or offer me a substantial refund, not $1,000.
